Discover the World of Container Gardening

The Historic Pullman Garden Club and Historic Pullman Foundation invite you to the second in a series of three winter events Sunday, February 22nd at 2pm – the University of Illinois Extension, Chicago Cook County Master Gardener Program will present “Container Gardening.”   The program is free, and everyone is welcome. Refreshments will be served. The presentation will be 60 minutes long and include a demonstration.

Whether you live in an apartment, condo, town home or single-family home, container gardens are one of the hottest trends in gardening. The presentation includes a brief discussion on container selection, choosing the right plants, simple design considerations, plus the proper planting and maintenance to help ensure success.
